Mark Wedman is the founder of The Wedman Group Real Estate & Exchange and is a Commercial Director with Keller Williams. He enjoys being hand on with development projects, especially his personal development, a high-end duplex project in East Wichita. Mark established his career in real estate with a purchase of his 1st rental property in 1992. By the age of 30 he had personally accumulated over 1m in buying and selling properties and business' with over 20 residential homes currently rented to long time tenants. Mark is a CCIM designee, an SEC invitee, and has been awarded the Wichita Area Association of Realtors Masters award in 2005,2006,2007,2014 and the WAAR Presidents Club in 2008,2011,2012,2013,2018 & 2019.  He is a certified Residential, kw Commercial and Global Property Specialist for Keller Williams Signature Partners LLC. He and his wife Season and their two teenage children enjoy escaping to anything water or mountains for fly fishing & relaxation when they are not working.
